At Anahata Waves, we strive to offer you a unique experience. By purchasing your ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-refundable tickets: All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for personal changes in plans, unforeseen travel circumstances, illness, or other reasons beyond the organization's control.

2. Ticket Transfer: If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the organizers at least 7 days in advance.

3. Cancellation of the event by the organization:

If the festival is permanently canceled, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded.

If the festival is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you can request a 50% partial refund within a defined period.

4. Partial suspension or modifications: Changes in the artistic programming, schedules or location within the same area do not entitle a refund.

5. Force majeure: In the event of force majeure (extreme weather, health emergencies, government regulations), the organization may choose to reschedule the event without immediate refund obligation.
